Terms & Conditions – Villa Penelope
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Reservations are made through an external booking platform (Lodgify).
The booking is considered confirmed only after successful completion of the booking process and receipt of a written confirmation by email.

2. Payments
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance is charged automatically according to the conditions shown during the booking process.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, a certified third-party payment provider.
Villa Penelope does not store or process guests’ payment card details directly.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions are those displayed and accepted by the guest during the booking process on the external booking platform.
Unless otherwise stated:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
Cancellations made within 14 days before arrival result in the loss of the deposit
No-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged
Any refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the policy accepted at the time of booking.

4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Early or late check-in/check-out must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

5. House Rules
The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.
No parties or events are allowed.
Quiet hours must be respected.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

6. Responsibility
Villa Penelope is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests use the swimming pool and all facilities at their own risk.
7. Force Majeure
Villa Penelope is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
8. Acceptance
By completing a reservation through the booking platform, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as the cancellation and payment policies displayed during the booking process.
